PPDL was established in the Spring of 2004 as an independent town planning and development consultancy specialising in providing professional advisory services for homeowners; landowners; developers / house builders; retailers and commercial organisations.

The practice specialises in rural and countryside matters particularly in respect of the farming community and with a particular knowledge and expertise in Equestrian developments.

The practice also specialises in the promotion of land for future development having a significant track record in this field of work. Additional mainstream activities include dealing with planning applications; appeals; and enforcement matters.
